What is Brainspotting?
Brainspotting is a powerful, focused treatment method that works by identifying, processing and releasing core neurophysiological sources of emotional/body pain, trauma, dissociation and a variety of other challenging symptoms. Brainspotting was founded and developed by David Grand, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Ph.D.

I find Brainspotting to be a powerful tool for supporting healing, processing trauma and grief, and assisiting when you are feeling stuck. It can be seamlessly integrated into your regular psychotherapy sessions or offered in sessions specifically focused on Brainspotting, depending on your needs and preferences.

I completed my initial Brainspotting training in 2018 and continue to stay current with the latest research and advanced trainings in the method.
